1. Basic Provisions

1.3. The store sells goods from its warehouse.
2. Product Information
2.1. The online store provides the Buyer with information about the goods through photographic materials.
2.2. Photo materials are supplemented with textual information containing information about the name of the model, characteristics and price of the goods.
2.3. The Internet shop, at the request of the Buyer, can provide additional information necessary for the Buyer to make a decision on the purchase of the goods. Information is provided by e-mail.
2.4. The price of the goods indicated in the online store can be changed unilaterally by the online store.
2.4.1. In the event that, at the time of changing the price of the goods in the online store, the order including this product has already been paid by the Buyer, the cost of this order remains unchanged.
2.4.2. In the event that, at the time of changing the price of the goods in the online store, the order including this product has already been issued but not paid for by the Buyer, the Internet store informs the Buyer by e-mail about the change in the price of the goods and the cost of the issued order. The buyer has the right to refuse payment and cancel the order. If you can not contact the Buyer to let him know about the price change, this order is canceled by the online store.
3. The order of the order of goods
3.1. After making an order, the online store sends an e-mail to the Buyer containing the information on the order (the names of the ordered goods and the cost of the order).
3.2. In the absence of the ordered goods, the Buyer has the right to replace it with another product or cancel the order.
4. Delivery of goods
4.1. Delivery of ordered goods is carried out in the order described in the shipping section.
4.2. The cost of delivery of goods is not included in the price of the goods and is calculated depending on the total weight of the ordered goods and the address of the recipient.
5. Payment for goods
5.1. At the order of the goods the Buyer carries out 100% advance payment. Payment is made by any convenient Buyer in the manner provided by the system of payment used in the online store.
6. Return of goods of proper and inadequate quality
6.1. Please note that all cosmetics and personal products are not exchanged and returned in our online store.
6.2. When you receive the goods, you need to check the integrity of the goods. If you find damage or inconsistency of the inventory, please contact us, send a copy of the certificate and a photo of the damaged items.
6.3. When returning the goods, the Buyer sends the goods to be returned to the address of the Internet store. All costs for sending the goods to be returned are borne by the Buyer.
6.4. In the case of a marriage – we will replace the goods for free. Each order passes a thorough check before sending, but if you find a marriage that makes the operation of the goods impossible, you need: write a letter describing the marriage and attach the photo. After this, the procedure for replacing the goods will be performed. The details of how this is done, the manager will tell. Claims are accepted within 10 days from the receipt of the goods.
6.5. After receiving the goods returned by the Buyer of inadequate quality, the Internet store returns to the Buyer funds in the amount of the price of the goods that was in effect at the time of payment of the order, less the cost of a money transfer from the Internet store to the account of the Buyer and commissions of payment systems. The cost of delivery of goods from the online store is not refundable.
6.6. The warranty period of the goods is 30 calendar days, unless otherwise specified for a particular product. In the event that a product is found to be defective within the specified time, the Buyer shall have the right to demand the uncompensated elimination of deficiencies, the commensurate reduction of the price or replacement for a similar product, or to any other goods with the corresponding recalculation of the price. The buyer also has the right to demand the return of the goods and receive money for it.
6.7. When returning goods of inadequate quality, the Buyer sends the goods to the address of the Internet store. All costs of sending goods to the Internet store are borne by the Buyer.
6.8. After receiving the goods returned by the Buyer of inadequate quality, the Internet store returns to the Buyer funds in the amount of the price of the goods that was in effect
